30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or gently inspected, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without contacting us first
  • Items missing original packaging or parts
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Items marked as final sale, if applicable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and request a return.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we will review the situation.
